Pick a Game helps people discover, organize, and join local pickup sports. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility and conduct
You must be at least 16 and able to enter this agreement. Parents and guardians who organize games for their children remain responsible for those children's supervision and participation. Treat other players respectfully, provide accurate event information, follow venue rules, and do not use the service for harassment, fraud, unsafe activity, or illegal conduct.
Games and costs
Organizers and participants are responsible for assessing venues, conditions, equipment, and their own ability to play. Any displayed cost split is informational; Pick a Game does not process payments or guarantee attendance, facilities, or participant conduct.
Accounts and content
Keep your credentials secure. You remain responsible for content you post and grant us permission to display it only as needed to operate the service. We may remove content or restrict accounts that threaten safety or violate these terms.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, Pick a Game is not responsible for injuries, losses, disputes, or third-party conduct arising from participation in an event.
